Once the form is completed, have an SACP member sign your application form. If you do not know a SACP member, please email email@example.com and we will have someone contact you.
Send the signed form with an enclosed check for $10.00 to the office at the address listed on the form. You may also submit your form and, once approved, pay then.
Once approved, you will receive an information packet. Your name will be announced as a new member at the next regular monthly meeting.
