Once the form is completed, have an SACP member sign your application form. If you do not know a SACP member, please email email@example.com and we will have someone contact you.
Send the signed form with an enclosed check for $10.00 to the office at the address listed on the form. You may also submit your form and, once approved, pay via a credit card.
Once approved, you will receive an information packet. Your name will be announced as a new member at the next regular monthly meeting.
